The Recognition Project supports, in addition to the purchase of carbon dioxide quotas,
- the Applicant with exemption from the payment of the application fee, the Recognition Project covers and settles the costs required for the evaluation of incoming applications from external sources,
- the ETF active ingredient procurement with a 9 Ft + VAT (per upgraded liter of fuel) assumption,
- the ETF usage control with a 7% CO2 reduction fee inspector payment and inspection system proposal, supporting materials,
- consulting and development advisory for the automation of the ETF inspection system, cooperation in the purchase of automatic smart dosing equipment, installation and integration guidance,
- payment of the CO2 reduction performance above 7% resulting from ETF usage
- depending on the amount of support from external sources and other supporters of the Recognition Project and depending on the assessment of the Green Plus Group (what efforts and what kind of - from where to where achieved - results the Applicant achieves), additional support may also be granted to the Applicant alongside the inspector fee and also for exceeding the 7% CO2 reduction additional support may be granted to the Applicant
ETF = Energy Transition Fuel = Energia Átmeneti Üzemanyag
any standard fuel which, according to the 2020-2030 standard category, contains a Biofriendly Green Plus® environmentally friendly liquid combustion catalyst that provides an UN ECO – ECO Label certification, verified in an authentic manner and according to the prescribed standard
Green Plus active ingredient requirement, which has a supported Recognition Project price.
Cost-free simplified application procedure
Application fees (application fee, application acceptance fee, compliance fee, notification fee, evaluation fee, analysis fee, expert fees for application materials, application funding capital management fees) are covered by external funding of the Recognition Project, therefore the applicant has zero cost related to these due to the support.
Eco Label based inspection fee payment with 50-80% intensity at contract conclusion with on-site inspection and approval in order to accelerate and control the CO2 reduction process, which also depends on the contractual duration intensity of the applicant’s company, institution or enterprise. Companies committing to longer-term contracts receive higher advance inspection support, where they intend to participate in additional developments supporting inspection strengthening and also receive professional and financial assistance for this.
CO2 reduction proportional performance-based benefit, up to 8 Ft / fuel liter, which can be requested at contract conclusion, during the application period or up to 1 month before the expiration of the application contract.
- For fuels to be used, the Applicant and/or their company and/or workplace obtains the environmentally friendly eco-labelled Green Plus fuel product so that the fuels used by them can be classified as UN certified ECO-ÖKO labelled Energy Transition Fuel. The official price includes a 9 Ft + VAT discount for the applicant’s company. On 2021.01.12 the price was 29 Ft + VAT per liter of upgraded fuel instead of 20 Ft + VAT.
- The Applicant verifies and confirms that the fuels to be used have been upgraded with this ETF component, therefore the Applicant receives the basic carbon dioxide reduction fee, which is the fuel liters burned multiplied by the CO2 reduction index number of the fuel (see below, for 1 liter of diesel 1.848 Ft + VAT against invoice or the 1.848 Ft, for 100 000 liters of diesel 184 800 Ft and so on per liter, + VAT against invoice or payroll-type contractual amount, from which contributions are deducted before payment and paid to the tax authority of the country, in Hungary to NAV before payment)
If the Applicant prepares statements on fuel savings higher than 7% during the Energy Transition Fuel usage period, then the fuel liters above 7% CO2 multiplier, which were burned, are received in a similar payroll or invoiced form + VAT amount, for example 10% fuel savings 10% CO2 accounting instead of 7% 1.8 Ft already 2.64 Ft per fuel liter and so on according to the given formula.
CF = ETF liter x CO2 kg x (RQF%/10)
Simply, as much as the annual fuel consumption is, for example 100 000 liters, if it decreases by 10%, then 100 000 * 2.64 * (10/10) = 264 000 Ft is due to the inspector person + VAT if invoiced, and from the 264 000 Ft amount reduced by contributions if not invoiced but as a private person mandate contractual payment. The simplified application may be submitted by a taxable or non-taxable private individual Applicant with a valid tax number, and/or a group of CO2-emitting fuel-consuming private individuals related to the Applicant, with or without invoicing capacity, 1 or multiple consecutive times, for CO2 emission reduction. The Applicant, after evaluation, may renew the support request and mandate contract after the first mandate contract, which must be treated and applied as a new mandate contract upon each renewal.
Completion and signing of the mandate contract. In the contract the requested tax and accounting identifiers, if missing, must be completed and checked, the application must be started together with the completed and signed order form and the fully completed and signed mandate contract.
Order form completion, where in the discount category row the Recognition Project discount must be indicated. By marking this discount category the application process starts.
Confirmation to the Applicant. Upon acceptance of the order and the mandate contract, confirmation is sent for both submitted documents to the Applicant to the contact details provided.
Payment of the UN-recommended ETF active ingredient to the official ETF active ingredient distributor, receipt of instructions for use and safety data sheet from the ETF active ingredient distributor, receipt of ETF active ingredient.
Additional automatic smart dosing inspection if the Applicant requests it
Advance payment of the mandate contract fee support
Requesting additional CO2 reduction fee above 7% within the mandate contract period
Completion and performance-based supplement of application contract fees
Restart of application period with a new mandate contract.
ASPECTS
1. Fuel usage
The Applicant and/or their company and/or workplace is an energy consumer, burns or uses fuel for motor propulsion (for example refuels machinery, work equipment, service vehicles, transport equipment and uses it for mobility from “A” point to “B” point, or uses it in its operations), or uses it for other energy production, which results in heat, dust and gas emissions through slow or fast combustion (ember or flame).
2. Continued fuel usage
The Applicant and/or their company and/or workplace performs fuel usage for at least 1 year, which is considered the application period.
The goal is minimal fuel usage up to zero. A result is also considered if higher fuel usage is accompanied by higher working hours, kilometers, hectares, or electricity/steam production, and proportionally lower emissions are achieved for sustainability goals.
So if in one year 3,000,000 liters were consumed and this was associated with 100 work machines with a total of 30,000 hectares, or 10 million kilometers, and in the following year 4,000,000 liters were consumed but associated with 200 work machines with 60,000 hectares or 20 million kilometers, then despite the apparent increase from 3 to 4 million liters, a significant fuel saving and CO2 reduction has been achieved.
3. Intention of fuel usage improvement
The Applicant and/or their company and/or workplace expresses intention for healthier and cleaner air, energy efficiency and climate protection, and implements it in practice using ECO-labelled fuel categories certified, approved and recommended by the UN under stricter conditions.
4. Implementation of fuel usage improvement
The Applicant and/or their company and/or workplace improves the fuels they purchase and use using an automatic Green Plus precision smart dosing system (this is a tax-deductible, state-supported investment, therefore essentially no cost item)
- or by manual measurement according to standards, improves the fuel using the UN ECO-labelled Energy Transition Fuel certification-providing Biofriendly Green Plus environmentally friendly liquid combustion catalyst formula, as Green Plus Fuel technology, thereby implementing fuel usage improvement, which has several technical advantages.
5. ETF - Energy Transition Fuel - usage verification
Through the UN certificate and logo usage license provided via the Green Plus Group, the Applicant and/or their company and/or workplace receives it when the Green Plus active ingredient is demonstrably and according to the prescribed standard contained in the appropriate quantity and concentration in the fuel they use, similar to the existence of the bio proportion of fuels, the Green Plus component proportion of the fuel must be verified according to the Green Plus active ingredient proportion. Instructions for use on the packaging indicate how much of the precisely defined Green Plus active ingredient is required for how much fuel.
In the above-mentioned way, the inspector must verify with machine or personal control whether the use of Energy Transition Fuel is yes or no.
For this, the user institution, institution, company, enterprise, municipality, economy is required to procure the original Green Plus formula via the Order form and by paying the invoice, which is done according to contract during the application period in installments or annual, two-year lump-sum green procurements.
There is no application fee payable by you, the application fee is handled by the Recognition Project
There is no evaluation fee, the evaluation fees are handled by the Recognition Project
The application brings multiple benefits and must bring benefits so that it is understood that it is worth dealing with
energy efficiency,
- slowing climate change,
- improving air quality in order to improve health.
- Income beyond savings + UN upgrading can be applied for by companies and their employees.
Application condition: use of fossil or bio-fuel
and its upgrading into Energy Transition Fuel,
eco-labelled fuel certification, which can be easily validated by the Green Plus Group.
