Combustion in the engine compartment

Those tanks and engines have much greater protection whose fuel contains the Green Plus active ingredient. The bacterialization, acidification processes due to bio content, under increased temperature fluctuations (dawn 0-50C near and below temperatures and daytime 15-250C and above warming) accelerate the deterioration, condensation water precipitation, rusting processes occurring in operating equipment. Injectors, dosing units fail more easily, engines stop, fuel consumption increases.

The information on our Green Plus website is based on experiential and measured data, values, conclusions of recurring events and tests. Therefore we can confidently and calmly undertake long-term continuous Green Plus active ingredient use in energy efficiency, risk reduction, fuel, engine and human lifespan increase, both for conventional and premium fuels.

Instead of engine overhaul it is worth first refueling with Green Plus containing fuel or conditioning the already tanked fuel with Green Plus combustion catalyst. We may avoid a major overhaul, as it has become unnecessary in the case of several of our clients, simply by using Green Plus combustion catalyst on the fuel.

We have extended the replacement period, the obsolescence period has increased. A more fluid, easier to ignite and more perfectly burning fuel can be used much more easily by the working machine, vehicle, generator engine, with fewer failures.

Bio-based components with 5-10-20% mixing ratio are in themselves a preparatory alternative for reducing or possibly replacing fossil fuel use. The risk begins where, as renewable resource, many facts are omitted from life cycle and emission indicators and it is accounted as zero-emission renewable energy source. Therefore it is justified the good-faith conduct of fuel distributors that they reduce climate footprint based on this, although in reality they do not reduce it.

From a technical point of view the other danger is that as bio-origin, what is no longer growing, what is no longer moving, can be used as energy source, however the fuel already sensitive to extreme weather (temperature, humidity, air pressure) becomes enriched in components, which may become even more unstable, and at different values of the previously mentioned parameter changes they behave differently, may acidify, become sticky, gelatinize, resinify, or become incompatible in their bonds with other components.

Green Plus intelligent catalysts (there are multiple intelligent catalyst groups in one formula) are able to keep the molecular structure uniform or partially reconstruct the bonds, therefore the fuel and the structure using it are more stable and have longer life.

Are older or newer vehicle engines more sensitive to 10% bio content or 20% bio content?

Engines are able for a short time to operate also with bio fuel, also with gas, for longer operation a professional service adjustment or conversion may be necessary. The more complex and controlled an engine is, the more sensitive it is to fuel quality. Monitoring of ignition points by software, optimization of injection times helps more uniform engine operation, these software also perform error corrections or may send shutdown signals. In such cases the check engine light turns on, it beeps, the display flashes.

It could be written for a long time about cause-effect factors, the appropriate air-fuel mixture setting for engine operation and the use of recommended fuel type for the engine is recommended. With the introduction and increase of bio content, the engine and supporting units, filters must be checked more frequently and more attention must be paid to maintenance, more frequent service is required. However the vehicle, generator, machine today is no longer about us constantly being there for it, but the opposite.

There is a lot of experience for faster and simpler solution of problems of faulty fuels (spoiled, water-contaminated or misfueling diesel-gasoline exchange problems) with Green Plus active ingredient.

Where do we refuel and what do we put into the fuel tank?

Cheaper fuel can also be higher category fuel, safer fuel, if the fuel contains such components. We can obtain devices, solutions improving fuel efficiency, additives for engine oil, fuel, catalysts, other fuel and combustion improvers, more than 20,000 options (anti-gelling agents, lubrication improvers – friction reducers, ignition ability improvers, combustion accelerators, injector cleaners – combustion chamber cleaners, explosion multipliers, magnetic – polarization based ones, vibration based ones, spray assisting, turbulence, flow improvers, anti-foaming agents, homogenizers, vapor and water absorbers, water separators, biocides, cetane and octane number improvers, metal surface enhancers, air accelerators, engine performance optimizers, chip tuning, etc. liquids, tablets, air system – fuel system – oil system installable forms), with which significant amounts can be saved, but we must never forget that whatever application(s) we choose, it is important to be aware of side effects and based on this to weigh what we are risking.
