Mechanism

The effects can be measured quickly under strictly controlled laboratory conditions, and over the longer term, the differences become clearly visible when comparing identical loads. Depending on the fuel type, the observation period, and the volume of the combustion chamber, measurable results can be obtained within just a few seconds using well-controlled, objective systems that provide extensive data. The type and number of improved parameters increase progressively with continuous use. Our offer for testers under everyday operating conditions:

Mechanism

For engines with a displacement of 50–125 cm³, the effects can be measured after using 5–10 liters of fuel.

For engines with a displacement of 1,000 cm³, the effects can be measured after using 200–300 liters of fuel.

For engines with a displacement of 3,000 cm³, the effects can be measured after using 1,000–2,000 liters of fuel.

For engines with a displacement of 6,000–24,000 cm³, the effects can be measured after using 5,000–10,000 liters of fuel.

The process should be approached in the same way as planting a seed. It takes time for a plant to bear fruit and produce a harvest; therefore, continuous use is recommended. The beneficial effect is also the result of a process. If that process is interrupted, or if the product is used with an insufficient amount of fuel (for example, evaluating only one or two refuelings), it is like entering a restaurant hungry, ordering a three-course meal, eating only the appetizer, and then complaining that you are still hungry.

As a general rule, the amount of fuel treated with the Green Plus active ingredient should correspond to the engine’s displacement. In other words, if an engine has a displacement of a certain number of cubic centimeters, at least that equivalent amount of fuel should be treated in order to experience multiple positive effects. The Green Plus catalyst is intended for continuous use and should be regarded as an integral part of operation, much like a wheel on a vehicle. Using too little is comparable to driving with an underinflated tire; using too much is wasteful; and using none at all allows the engine to return to its original, less efficient and more damaging operating condition.

Fuel consumption testing service

We also recommend long-term observation because, without strictly controlled data collection, the many influencing factors involved (for example, more than 500 variables can affect fuel consumption) make it necessary to evaluate results from aggregated data sets that often contain elements that are not directly comparable and must therefore be excluded from the analysis. This is one of the reasons why we assist in the testing of other efficiency-enhancing products as independent experts. Our goal is to relieve fuel-management companies of the burden when they do not have the necessary capacity or expertise, and to help ensure that efficiency-improving innovations are not dismissed with comments such as, “It did not produce those results in our case,” or “We did not notice any effect,” when such conclusions are simply the result of shortcomings in data collection and analysis.

Green Plus® environmentally friendly liquid combustion catalyst properties

Green Plus is concerned with the flame and the carbon and/or hydrogen molecules involved in combustion, not with whether the combustion takes place in a closed or open combustion chamber. The product is typically supplied in bottles, canisters, or drums and is marked with a unique authentication serial number. It is available in various concentrations, ranging from 1:1,000 to 1:10,000,000. Due to its nano-sized active ingredient, 1 liter of Green Plus® can improve the combustion of up to 10 million liters or kilograms of fuel. By catalyzing the combustion of hydrocarbon-based fuels, Green Plus increases the performance of engines, boilers, and furnaces. It enhances the combustion of coal, gases, diesel fuels, gasoline, heavy fuel oil, kerosene, biodiesel, wood, pellets, biomass, and various other combustible materials. Unlike many fuel additives, Green Plus is not carcinogenic.

Green Plus was originally developed to reduce smoke emissions. At the molecular level, it promotes more complete combustion of the flame, helping users meet and exceed increasingly stringent EU emissions standards. Its unique innovation is the simultaneous achievement of increased performance and reduced NOx emissions (particularly in power plants), as well as reduced heat accumulation under overload conditions in engines.

Green Plus increases the burning time and speed.

For two-stroke vehicles, Green Plus can help meet the green inspection (emissions test) limit of 2,000 ppm. The use of Green Plus does not interfere with the operation of a built-in catalytic converter. Vehicles using Green Plus, even with the catalytic converter removed, can comply with stricter emissions requirements.

Green Plus has been tested on every continent and has demonstrated an average fuel consumption reduction of 8–10%, effectively saving at least one month’s worth of fuel costs per year.

Primary effect of Green Plus:
Smoke and emission reduction (including reductions in emission values, greenhouse gases, particulate matter, and vapors such as NHC, THC, CO₂, CO, NOx, SOx, PMx, VOC, and O₃), with observed reductions ranging from 8% up to 60–99%.

Green Plus side effects:

Carcinogenic particulate matter reduction: 30–50%

Triple carcinogenic particle reduction:

  1. Reduction of soot particles formed during ignition
  2. Reduction of carcinogenic particles formed during combustion
  3. Reduction of new carcinogenic compounds deposited in the exhaust system and re-heated during operation

Oxygen generation: increase in O₂ content in exhaust gas and flue gas composition by 10%

Exhaust, AdBlue, catalyst life extension

It is also capable of reducing the exhaust gas and vapor content required under the high-purity diluted EURO 6 environmental standard, with less AdBlue and water required. In fact, in diesel-powered vehicles and trucks, water formation similar to that seen in gasoline engines may appear at the exhaust; instead of heavy soot and contamination, the operating diesel vehicle may emit water dripping from the exhaust. This can be observed after long-term use (for example, in a 2019 Scania after 28,000 km and 8,000 liters of fuel consumption).

Performance increase (depending on engine speed): 3–27%. At peak loads and the highest RPM ranges, lower values are observed due to the aim of ensuring increased engine lifespan.

Fuel efficiency improvement: 5–15%, and with further adjustment and long-term use, up to 32%. Fuel consumption improvements depend on engine load, weather conditions, and more than 600 parameters. Under very heavy load conditions the improvement is around 7%, under light or near-unloaded conditions up to 27%, while a general average and calculation value of 10% is considered stable and easily acceptable for inspectors, operators, and staff.

In case of engine oil consumption, oil usage is reduced by 50%, and may even stop entirely.

Green Plus facilitates cold starts and performs well even with a cold engine (critical for standby units such as ambulances, fire services, military, and police).

Green Plus gently cleans the combustion chamber, removes carbon deposits, reduces maintenance requirements, and delays the appearance of excessive fuel consumption even in the presence of faulty components.

Based on more than 20 years of durability testing, it provides life-extending effects by gently cleaning the system from tank to exhaust without causing mechanical damage. In cases of ongoing issues with DPF particles, DOC, SCR, EGR, injectors, fuel pumps, catalysts, or exhaust systems, starting the use of the Green Plus active ingredient reduces or eliminates most of these problems, and warning indicators may turn off.

There is reduced overheating even at 100% load (critical for rockets, aircraft, racing vehicles, tractors, and furnaces). Exhaust temperature is reduced by 15–20°C.

Engine operation becomes more uniform at both low and high RPM, with quieter and smoother performance even under heavy load.

Engine and engine oil lifespan increases (50% less metal deposits in engine oil). The oil becomes contaminated more slowly, and the need for top-ups between service intervals is reduced or eliminated.

Green Plus also helps in cases of water-contaminated fuel or misfueling (diesel in gasoline or gasoline in diesel), supporting faster engine recovery.

Green Plus compensates for the lost energy content of biofuels and improves starting performance.

Power plants, furnaces, incinerators, dryers

Higher-quality product output in less time.

Faster heating time, longer heat retention, and better fuel values (it improves the combustion quality of fuels). Even with lower-quality fuels, compliance with environmental regulations can be maintained. Environmental taxes and fines are reduced, emission quotas can be sold, and additional profit-generating factors arise—essentially “money from nowhere,” along with opportunities for grants in numerous areas.

LOI reduction (unburned carbon in ash): 55%

Oil companies: reduced refining and additive costs, more loyal existing and new customers in fuel distribution; on average a 15% increase in turnover has been observed, and in the case of smaller fuel stations up to 300%.

Shipping companies: easier compliance with ISM and IMO standards.

Engine manufacturers’ warranties also support the use of Green Plus in new vehicles.

It is a product that has been made mandatory by law in several counties and major cities.

Competition: everyone is considered a partner; in many cases we have improved the products of additive manufacturers, generating significant increases in their turnover.

Biofriendly Corporation has ultimately solved the mystery of improved combustion and ignition.

Improving the combustion of hydrocarbon-based fuels such as gasoline, diesel, heating oil, coal, and gases has been a challenge for more than 100 years, creating obstacles for scientists worldwide.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, the efficiency of converting thermal energy into mechanical energy is around 30% for passenger vehicles and 40% for trucks. Heavy-duty engines are only marginally better at about 40%.

In essence, the combustion characteristics of fuels and the energy efficiency of engines represent a major opportunity for improvement through fuel enhancers, but according to the global perspective, most of these are considered ineffective. Unfortunately, this has led to a general belief that none of them work — often referred to as “snake oil.”

However, this perception is expected to change soon. Over the past 15 years of research and development, billions of miles driven by satisfied customers using our product, along with numerous certified laboratory tests and field trials, have allowed the product to enter global commerce and overcome the misconception that nothing works.

Green Plus® is a liquid catalyst, an additive added to fuels to improve ignition and combustion. Green Plus® helps address one of the energy industry’s greatest challenges: how to optimize combustion to simultaneously produce higher energy output with reduced emissions.
