In state, municipal, institutional, and church-owned vehicle/equipment fleets, using the Green Plus active ingredient makes it easier to achieve sustainability goals within the UN Energy Transition World Program, because the task becomes centralized.
Traceability and accountability of one's own usage are supported by:
- Concentrated, more highly concentrated packaging with smaller containers and less packaging waste, which makes it easy to multiply the amount of CO2, GHG, soot, and fine-particulate reduction from the energy sources used, based on the Green Plus UN eco-label certified values.
- Individually serial-numbered packaging and a declaration that can prove exactly which piece of equipment, with which fuel, was treated with Biofriendly Green Plus® active ingredient, and by whom.
- The option of choosing manual or automatic smart-dispenser mixing/dosing
- Accounting, energy-efficiency, and climate-policy obligations
The public energy awareness belonging to state and municipal responsibility, along with climate goals and a sustainability vision, creates the opportunity to issue tenders for the use of new alternative fuels, the establishment of green fueling stations, the mandatory introduction of new emission-reducing combustion catalysts and energy-transition/green-transition fuels — or, based on UN recommendations and 20 years of established regulatory best practice, the immediate, unhesitating introduction of Green Plus-containing fuels.
We have already granted green certification to municipalities regardless of their size, strengthening the fulfillment of their ESG obligations and their sustainability strategy through the application of Green Plus fuel technology.
The essence of the UN Energy Transition World Program is that in the green-transition process, it is not enough to look only toward the future with new alternatives — current-day energy consumption and harmful emissions must also be reduced, and every single person is responsible for this, every single day.
The Green Plus Group is certified for exactly this, as is Biofriendly Green Plus®, the smog-reducing, environmentally friendly liquid combustion catalyst and fuel-conditioning active ingredient.
It complies with the EN228 and EN590 fuel standards, so it does not affect engine warranty issues. Green Plus-containing fuels are currently available at more than 30,000 gas stations; we reached a volume of 100 billion liters of Green Plus-containing fuel in March 2026, and we have prevented the emission of more than 20 million tons of CO2, GHG, and soot.
This proven usage validates the use of the UN eco-labeled fuel product and ETF alternative fuel (extra tender/application points, improved energy efficiency).
Green procurement process:
- Application/tender request to join
- Proof of Climate-Friendly Municipality membership (if already held, this qualifies for the climate-friendly green procurement discount)
- Proof of MKFE membership (if a company is also involved in transport/distribution, it can receive a discount using its membership number)
- Determination of the annual purchased fuel usage volume — calculated either for total consumption or for a partial fleet — where the ETF (Energy Transition Fuel) usage following green procurement is tracked (via a manually kept dosing log, a lighter administrative task than a trip log, needed only at refueling) or via a tank-installable SDG+ smart-dispenser diagnostic telematics system, and for gas stations or depot tanks, the GreenBOT automatic dispensing system
Technical warning:
- Stored fuel is perishable and can degrade within as little as 1–2 days, which generates insidious faults; this fuel stabilizer significantly reduces or even eliminates this risk.
- Where problems have already appeared with injectors, particulate filters, EGR valves, filters, pumps, turbos, regeneration, after-burning, or check-engine issues, it is capable of improving or even eliminating these faults. For seasonally used equipment — small machines, lawn mowers, vintage/veteran equipment, snow blowers, combine harvesters, boats, hybrid engines, and motorcycles — the risk of fuel degradation is much greater; due to Green Plus's fuel-preserving and fuel-improving effect, these risks are likewise reduced or eliminated.
- Its proven lifespan-extending effect can be as much as 5–20x (for fuel, engine, and people), and it is even able to repair already-degraded fuel.
